Leadership Omaha Class 33 Announced

The 2010/2011 Leadership Omaha class was announced today by the Greater Omaha Chamber. The class kicks off with an orientation breakfast in August. This marks the 33nd year of Leadership Omaha, making it one of the longest running community leadership programs in the nation.

Leadership Omaha is a 10-month study of community issues, designed to develop effective leaders who will strengthen and transform the community. Class members are chosen based on their demonstrated community involvement and career advancement.

Members of this year's selection committee are chairman Dan Gomez, UMB Bank; AnnMarie Anthony, Calvert Systems Engineering; Gail Graeve, Cox; Ken Mar, CFO Systems, LLC; Jane Phillips, Physicians Mutual; Bill Stott, The Architectural Offices; and Lynda Shafer, Greater Omaha Chamber.
