Cooking Demos Bring Fresh Flavors to Village Pointe The Institute for the Culinary Arts demonstrates new ways to cook with fresh, local, in-season ingredients Saturdays at the Village Pointe Farmers Market through Aug. 14. Culinary arts students from Metropolitan Community College provide cooking demos at 9, 10 and 11 a.m. and answer questions on flavors, recipes or preparation.
